Orubebe pleads ‘not guilty’ to CCT false asset declaration charge

Former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Elder Godsday Orubebe has pleaded not guilty to the false asset declaration charge leveled against him by the Code of Conduct Tribunal.
After the charges were read to Orubebe. He pleaded “not guilty at all” to count one. Orubebe also pleaded not guilty at all to count two.

He also pleaded not guilty to receiving a bribe of N50 and 20 million from one Pastor Jonathan, a contractor constructing a skill acquisition centre for Niger Delta Ministry in Edo State.
